Interment Flags

The standard size American flag for draping over a casket is 5' x 9-½ '.
The typical material for the memorial-sized flag is cotton however we carry these flags
in nylon, polyester, and cotton fabrics. All of these flags are suitable for flying, though most will choose to display them in a memorial flag case.

Grave Markers

Grave Markers
The grave markers come in two types of material: Bronze and Aluminum with a gilt gold finish. All markers include a 24" staff for placement and flag holding. The marker is designed to hold a 12 x 18" flag.

The markers are available in the following styles: General Military, WW I, WW II, Korean war, Vietnam war, Persian Gulf, and Firemen.

Grave Marker Flags
The standard size for grave marker flags is 12" x 18". Ours come mounted on a 30" staff and are made from cotton sheeting, hemmed on all four sides, and are topped with gilt spears. They are available for $1.50 each or $1.25 each per gross. We also have "no sew" cotton flags for $1.25each or .95 each per gross.

Plastic Flag Cover
These inexpensive flag covers will protect a flag from insects and aging. They are sized to fit a properly folded interment flag, but are also suitable for storing other flags you may wish to protect.

Mourning Bow


Mourning Bow When the US flag is displayed on a short staff or on a floor mounted staff where it cannot be lowered, the proper way to indicate mourning by tying a black bow made of ribbon above a full-staffed US flag. The width of the ribbon should be no more that the width of one of the stripes of the flag and the length of the ribbon should be no longer than the width of the flag.
