on the property. The surrounding area is
rural, and pets would be at risk of
attack from wild animals. |

allowed in the rental? |

No, smoking is not
allowed in the rental. If smoking
occurs outside of the rental
building, always practice fire
safety. Do not throw lit cigarettes
or other materials into the
surrounding brush. Please always
clean up discarded cigarette butts
or similar materials from the
property. |

persons are allowed to stay in the
rental? |

Our rental can house
6 adult persons comfortably. |

restriction on the number of
vehicles? |

The rental has a
1-car garage that can be used to
house one average-sized vehicle.
There is also room for 2 more
average-sized vehicles outside of
the cottage. |

| Q. Is there
security on duty; is the rental in a
safe area? |
| |
There is no security
on duty. The area is rural
residential, and although crimes are
few and far between, we recommend
tenants to lock up the doors and
window of the rental and any
vehicles present. This is necessary
to keep the wildlife from entering
the rental or surrounding vehicles.
We may not be found responsible for
lost items, so please exercise
responsibility with your
possessions. |

town is the rental? |

It is about a 5-10
minute drive into the Village of
Arroyo Grande, where freeway access,
shopping, dining, and entertainment
can be found. |
Q. Is the
property safe for young children?

The property is in a
rural setting, so children must be
watched at all times to ensure their
safety. The rural setting may
prevent lots of possible adventures
for young children, who could become
disoriented and lost if they wander
too far from the cottage. |
