Printed on Nylon material, digital printing is ideal for handheld and full sized flags. This process forces the color to penetrate completely into and through the core of the Nylon fabric. The combination of this process and our exclusive color-lock dye formulas insures maximum color retention and durability.

These Spot/PMS colored flags are printed on lustrous silk-like Polyester. This screen dyeing technique features complete penetration of dye to the fabric's core. Your designs will be faithfully executed on both sides of the flag or banner.

Appliquéd-Sewn flag and banners are sewn with 200-denier weight Nylon. Each flag is hand-crafted and tailored by knowledgeable and experienced seamstresses. Designs can be anywhere from simple to complex and sewn single, double, or double-sided. Some intricate designs may be printed and then stitched on for a crisper appearance.
