Cast aluminum construction with a 1" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a 3/16" stainless steel axle. Designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured by one Ό" - 20NC stainless steel set screw. The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of ½" - 13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading if desired. The ornament is secured to the truck with a size 10-32 stainless steel pan head screw. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is Ό".

Cast aluminum construction with a 1 7/16" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a Ό" stainless steel axle. Cast aluminum construction for use on rope style internal halyard flagpoles. A small pulley assembly is added to the inside of a standard outrigger style truck to allow the halyard to feed from inside the flagpole. The pulley assembly has a 1 7/16" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a Ό" stainless steel axle and is held in place inside the truck by a 5/16"-18NC stainless steel set screw. the truck has a 2" outside diameter cast nylon pulley on a Ό" stainless steel axle and is designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured with three 5/16"-18NC stainless steel set screws. The top of the truck will accept an ornament with ½"-13NC threading as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading. The ornament is held in place by a size 10-32 stainless steel pan head screw. Recommended maximum diameter is 5/16".

All of these cast aluminum trucks have a 1 Ό" NPT threaded spindle which screws into the top of the flagpole where a female fitting has been installed. the top of all trucks are designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of ½"-13NC as standard but can be supplied in other sizes of threading. The ornament is secured to the truck with a size Ό"-20NC stainless steel set screw. The extra large model has a stainless steel sealed lubricant bearing assembly while all other sizes utilize stainless steel ball bearings in both the upper & lower bearing races. All sizes except the small model are supplied with a bonze bushing at the cable exit point. For added strength the extra large truck is supplied with a cast bronze spindle; all other sizes are supplied with a cast aluminum spindle.

Molded fiberglass construction with Ύ" outside diameter nylon pulley on 3/16" stainless steel axle. The stem of the truck is designed to slip in to a 2" inside diameter pole top and is held in place by drilling through the pole and securing the truck to the pole with an appropriate size bolt or screw (not included). The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of ½"-13NC. The maximum halyard size is Ό".

Molded fiberglass construction with 1 ½" outside diameter cast nylon pulleys on Ό" stainless steel axles. The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of ½"-13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading if desired. The aluminum spindle is threaded 1 Ό" NPT. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16".

Molded fiberglass construction with a 1 ½" outside diameter cast nylon pulley. This stationary truck is designed to be used on flagpoles that have up to a 3 Ό" outside top diameter with female fitting installed. The spindle has 1 Ό" NPT threading and is screwed into the top of the flagpole. The spindle is hollow allowing the halyard to feed from inside the flagpole. The top of the truck will accept an ornament with ½"-13NC threading as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading. Recommended maximum rope diameter is 5/16".

Cast aluminum construction designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured with three Ό"-20NC stainless steel set screws. The top of the cap is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of ½"-13NC as standard but can be equipped with other sizes of threading or no threading.
